Costa Rica is a country rich in natural resources. This small country located in Central America is abundant with flora, fauna and beaches. The Pacific Ocean is located on its west side with the Atlantic on its east.
The majority of its descendants are of Spanish and European origin. Spanish is the official language yet English is also widely spoken.
This country is distinct in that no social or political events break its stability. It is one of the few that does not have an army and the people live in peace.
Production in Costa Rica ranges from coffee to ostrich meat. Exports have grown considerably and increased foreign investment is allowed.
