Philippe and Madeleine are agents for the World Intelligence Agency (WIA), a global organization on a quest for peace. Recently, Philippe and Madeleine were contacted by their boss Monsieur Jacques, who gave them information regarding an important development. It seems that the World Crime Organization (WCO), a group consisting of various fiendish masterminds, held their annual conference and discussed ways on stealing the most precious objects from European and African countries.
The WCO meeting, in a local Ethiopian coffeehouse called The Deadly Grounds, was led by Jagga The Greedy, who once was a partner with Jacques at the WIA, until he left for a life of crime. Jagga said at the meeting that the WCO must increase its position in the world. This could be done by going to the continents of Europe and Africa and stealing valuable items with economic, political, and historical significance. The many agents of the WCO would be assigned to acquire these items, which would be brought back to Jagga The Greedy.
Meanwhile, the WIA had an important agent at that meeting in Ethiopia, named Marie-Claire. She posed as a coffee waitress, and was able to overhear vital parts of the meeting and of Jagga's plans. Marie-Claire informed Monsieur Jacques of what she knew, just before she choked on a chocolate-covered expresso bean.
Now, it is your job to help Philippe and Madeleine catch one of Jagga The Greedy's most notorious villians throughout Europe and Africa.
